Deane Lam, Founder of LamSquare

 

Deane, a corporate learning and development professional based in Macau and Melbourne, boasts over fifteen years of expertise in organizational development, performance management, and consulting. Throughout her career, she has adeptly managed people, processes, and performance within various organisations. 

 

During her time in the role, Deane served as a company-wide organizational development specialist, orchestrating various aspects of business process design and leading cross-functional teams toward performance enhancement. Fueled by her proficiency in leadership and project management, along with an unwavering commitment to innovation, she leveraged her experience, energy, and desire to empower others to succeed by founding the LamSquare Consultant learning network in 2007.

 

Having traversed Winnipeg, San Francisco, Macau, and now calling Melbourne home, Deane remains fervently dedicated to fostering growth in both individuals and organizations.
