The 2-day workshop focused on leadership concepts and communication skills tailored for Supervisor-level participants, providing an advanced group of Senior Managers with the tools to coach and support their teams in the workplace. In 2015, we initiated a comprehensive learning journey featuring a series of leadership styles and management skills for managers and supervisors. They approach training with great seriousness because they recognize that it's not just about acquiring skills; it's about cultivating a culture—a common language that they can all use within the organization.
Now, from the supervisor level to the senior manager level, everyone in the organization shares a common language for leading, communicating, delegating, reporting, coaching, mediating, and resolving customer complaints, with a primary focus on developing people. I'm incredibly proud to be part of this journey and to witness the team's success within the organization.
