We all experience ups and downs in our career journeys. We change jobs because we believe we'll find better career prospects, higher pay, stronger team relationships, a more favorable office environment, and various other improvements. However, what I've truly learned from my career journey is how to become a better version of myself.
People often struggle not with the job itself, but with the challenges that arise in their relationships with others. When faced with challenges, such as feeling isolated or being perceived as a competitor, individuals may begin to doubt their place and value within a team. What does this mean to you?
